Growing up in Sandpoint Idaho, I started riding dirt bikes at a young age. An XR100, and then XR250, were my ticket to adventure in the back hills to find new fishing holes. I fell in love with the mountain life and snowboarding, which has largely drove my path in life. Snowboarding became a main focus for me and my buddies, and we spent our high school years traveling around the U.S. for contests etc. After high school I moved to Tahoe to ride and soon after I redirected to college and pursuing a Business degree in San Francisco. A study abroad at an international business school in Jönköping, Sweden sparked my interest for international travel and connecting with new cultures, people, and places. 

After college, I move out to Salt Lake City to get back to the mountains and began working for Backcountry.com as a merchandiser and eventually the buyer for snowboard hardgoods/camping/climbing gear. This experience immersed me in the Action sports industry and Outdoor industry markets. After several years with Backcoutry.com, I took a position with Dakine in Hood River Oregon for POP and merchandising. I soon shifted into the product dept. as a bag developer and eventually taking the role as PLM for the technical snow packs and luggage program. 12 years at Dakine was spent working with amazing people all over the globe, traveling and channeling the passion for snowboarding and mountain biking into product creation. 

My new chapter at Mosko Moto has me rekindling that passion for exploring those backcountry spaces on a motorcycle and developing amazing gear for the adventure. I am riding a Beta 430 RRS. This allows me to get out on the quick trail rides locally when I have a free window with our 2 young kids; but also works well for a lighter ADV setup. It's been amazing to join this passionate crew at Mosko Moto where there is a laser focus on product innovation and customer experience.
